Add export to formats suited for 3D printers #34

It would be nice to save the 3D embeddings to a file which can then be handed to a 3D printer.

There are several ways we could print an embedded graph:

as a ball-stick graph
as a wireframe
as a solid

The most-suited format appears to be STL. For ball-stick and for wireframe we can export SCAD files and they can then be converted to STL using OpenSCAD. For solids we can directly export the STL files.
