Some generalized fusenes with only one size of face s can be embedded in a spherical (for s < 6), euclidean (for s = 6, these are the benzenoids) or hyperbolic (for s > 6) regular tiling. With ngons, these can be constructed with the option -r.
For generalized fusenes with different face sizes, this option can not be used (ngons will give an error). For s = 3, 4, 5, the maximal number of faces are 3, 5, 12 (for higher numbers there are no embeddings, so ngons will return 0 graphs).
