Expert mode can show a different command from the one that is actually used

Follow these steps to reproduce this problem:

• Turn on expert mode
• Turn on 'Remember settings'?
• Go to the output options and change the generator (?) or embedder command
• Start the generation
• Go back to the generator selection step
• Go to the output options for the same generator: the changed embedder command should still be there
• Start the generation: the default embedder command is used and not the modified one

This is clearly a synchronisation issue between the model (i.e., the generator info) and the view (i.e., the text field). There are several solutions:

• Follow the model and overwrite the text field when entering the output options step. This will be annoying when the user always wants the modified embedder command.
• Follow the view and overwrite the model if the user entered a different command earlier. This can mean that there is no immediate way to return to the original embedder command in case the user messes this up completely.
• The best solution would be a combination of the two. Use the value in the text field, but signal if this is different from the suggested embedder command (e.g., by colouring the text field) and provide a button to reset the commands.
