Add boid wandering to cystoids #92

Description

It'd be really nice if cystoids wandered in a boid fasion, to ensure that when they attack something, they'll do it together. The hivemind could probably ensure they attack together, but they'd need to wander together for the hivemind to even matter.

Scratch that, instead they should follow the weaver that created them, like mind controlled pawns do with their telepath.
