Create Rogue-enemy #6

This adds controls to rog ally the config file needs one line changed “touchbar” from true to false . Service starts with sudo systemctl enable —now rogue-enemy

We dont need to add AUR packages to this repository. If they need to be customized, then they go into CachyOS-PKGBUILDs, otherwise this repository is only thought for the configuration.
