Add proton-cachyos to reboot recommendation #8

With proton-cachyos now using winesync-dkms a reboot should be recommended to the user.

Mhmmmm... Generally a good idea, but this is only once required when installing the first time the proton-cachyos and not every time

With dkms rebuilding regardless it still wouldn't be needed? If changed to install instead of upgrade would that work? And could the extra trigger be added to the same file?

Maybe we should put as target then winesync-dkms

Replaced with winesync-dkms
