Reinstalling error #25

I am trying to reinstall and I keep getting stuck on this:

########## /home/liveuser/cachy-install.log by calamares-online.sh ########## Started (UTC): 07/07/24 02:09:24 ########## Install mode: online ########## System: UEFI SYSTEM ########## Bootloader: GRUB

It will not progress to the installation script like normal, it has dozens of times with this same ISO; are the servers down or something? Thank you very much.

are you using latest ISO 240609? servers are not down, they are good

you can also watch whats happening if you close Hello and open it in terminal emulator and then running installer

I tried running the latest ISO after updating my bios and now I get this error:
Filmwarebug failed to parse event in TPM final event log.

INIT not found

Ventoy/busybox: cant access TTY, job control turned off.

I had a feeling TPM got enabled, and chatGPT is confirming that it might be the issue; I will try and disable that right now in hopes of this fix, thank you.

No, as mentioned in the Changelog that the Ventoy version needs to be updated.

This is a bug in ventoy, when the microcode hook is not used. We blocked it several months to apply this change due ventoy beeing bugged.

Just update to the 1.0.98 or newer.

Oh wow thank you! chatGPT mentioned to update ventoy as well but I didn't consider it until you mentioned it, the customer service is just as great as the distro. You are a hero for the new users of linux, with your improvements on Arch you make it easier than Ubuntu..CachyOS really is the Meta <3 I cant shill enough, its all I recommend whenever I see people mentioning Manjaro or PopOS..and now those same people that use to mention bad distros are all mentioning and recommending CachyOS, its great to see how quick and fast people are to switch and recommend, it really is the best of the very best! <3 Thank you.
