[TEMP] Add quality of life improvements to add custom packages with API into the repo #32

should be able to choose:

  1. which makepkg.conf to use
  2. which repository the package is going to
  3. provide URL to package(PKGBUILD and its sources); handle both cases where repo can contain only 1 package(such as AUR) and where repo contains many tested packages such as CachyOS-PKGBUILDS
