Please add Citra as a package #6

Hello,

as mentioned on Reddit, I think it would be nice to have more console emulators built with CPU optimizations. Here I'm asking for Citra, not sure which branch would be best between main and canary.

Same for the other package request - there is no stable package available: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages?O=0&K=Citra
