CDEF documentation has broken links #63

Describe the bug The chapter about CDEFs, in the Cacti Manual, has broken links referring to other documentation.

In the webpage https://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/html/cdefs.html , there are two external links. One is for a "CDEF tutorial", going to http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/doc/rrdgraph_data.en.html , and another is for a "RRDTool graph manual", going to http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/doc/rrdgraph.en.html . Clicking these links seem to return a 404 error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/html/cdefs.html
  2. Click on either 'CDEF tutorial' or 'RRDTool graph manual'.
  3. ???
  4. See error

Expected behavior Elegant, illustrated, and thought provoking documentation

Those are not official links of the group. They belong to a specific user so may not be working due to their own issues. I did recommend that those links be either changed to in house links or removed. Also, this should really be on the documentation repo.

I've fixed these up now, though I would prefer that you use the current documentation. We'll keep it where it is for the time being.
