Incorrect retired version of 'poller_command_args'

Utilities tab does not show a retirement version, yet it states in the commit log that it has been retired?

Good work btw, that's some research. I think I had to use a script to automate finding the hooks and versions they started / last seen.

utilities_tab is still valid. user_admin_tab is retied in utilities.php, version is updated in doc.
