What's with all the upper case file extensions on the PNG files?

I'm not sure why it did that

I know that there are a few Windows apps that due that by default. Drives me nuts. I use IconForge when I want to do something special, and it always defaults to upper case extensions. They guy has not updated it in years, but it ain't broke either.

I see a bunch of other images not in png format maybe after we get the docs updated ill tackle that

So I have highlighted a few things which stand out as needing further correction for consistency. These are the kinds of thing I have already fixed in the Data-Debug.md (noted on another pull request) but I thought it might be useful to highlight individual issues for easier processing as well.

Please don't see this as being critical, just trying to provide feedback so we have less work to do in the long run as we are all busy people 😸
