Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Aria Storage Engine is quite fast compared to InnoDB. We should have it as a storage option for all but the current RAW table.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide an option
Change the engine on upgrade
Change the engine from InnoDB after partitions have been rotated.
