Remove wiki here, documentation was moved to cacti docs. #241

@TheWitness - All documentation should be in one place - docs.cacti.net. I copied the mactrack wiki page into the documentation and made a small revision. Keeping the documentation in two places is not the best way. In the next step I would like to add a link to the documentation in the readme for all plugins.
