Template shows Data template not available, when it is #56

When looking at the report template list, it incorrect says that the Data Template is not available. What it could mean is that there are no graphs created that would be utilised by the report for the data template the report is based upon. Need to have a separate message to clearly identify the differences especially when templates may have been imported.
