Currently syslog will not pass the hostname in the command or notification if you have selected the threshold type reporting
this does not allow admins to set a threshold for a specific type alarm and get an alert if a specific host is the one sending the alarm
i.e if 1.2.3.4 has a port flapping you can only currently set a rule to look for the log of the alarm flapping but the notification
will not tell you who has the flapping port
