Not possible to add notify accounts to web service check #11

If I use the applet to add notify accounts to the web service check, it's not possible to add users that exists in the User Management part of the system. It's not possible to search for any users, even using the All and None buttons.

The software versions are as follows:

Apache: 2.4.25 PHP: 7.0.18 MariaDB: 10.1.22 Cacti: 1.1.5 Webseer: 1.0

This just started working for some reason. The only thing I can think of that changed is that I configured a threshold for another test, which allowed me to select the users.
