Feature Request - !dice <n> #199

Where N is the amount of sides on the die, default 6..... please?

We're planning to add a random filter to commands that will allow you to specify a range that a random number can be chosen from. We won't implement something like that directly into the bot, but users will have the ability to create this themselves soon.
