Spinner controls show "loading..." text #2524

Describe the bug On all pages the loading animation is not a full spinner control so it also shows a "loading..." text while spinning

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any page that sideloads data via api

Expected behavior Use the bootstrap spinner control and not show "loading..." text while spinning
