added BSD 3 license :scroll: #24

As discussed in #23 this adds a license to the repo

For future commit titles, try to start with a capital letter and use imperative verb to start. In example: "Add BSD 3 license" instead of "added BSD 3 license".

Just a matter of preference, but to be consistent with the rest of the Git history. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
