Need to be a way for Superusers to Reset Passwords #983

There should be a little more user management available to superusers. I'm thinking the following:

  1. Change an email address associated with an account
  2. Send password reset email to users

@dpalomino @amplifi thoughts?

As a superuser, I'd also like to see the last login times for my users, whether or not they've verified their account, a list of which orgs/projects/etc they have access to, and a way to batch revoke privileges for a user. I'll think on some others.
