Add link to help on JSON format from Advanced "Edit Questionnaire Field" #166

In the advanced section of the project creation wizard there should be a link to the docs explaining what to do there and explaining the JSON format.

@SteadyCadence should we add the word "help" with a hyperlink or maybe an info i or a ??

Maybe a ? and when you hoover over the question mark it says: "Data Schema Help".

The link works great. I am not sure that the "?" looks like a link to most users.

Let's move the link to the Questionaire Page (on top) and have it say "Data Schema Help" (instead of the "?"). Screen Shot 2017-08-10 at 8.45.49 PM.png

I think that'll work for now. We may want to make it more obvious as a link.

@clash99, the "data schema help" is a link to the documentation. Any recommendations to make it look better?
