[ ] Concerned about this index property. What if you want to remove a field? Or add one?
[ ] *After error submitting data, I am not able to go back and fix the questionnaire json (if that what may be causing the error)
[x] *Add ability to select which fields get brought into Cadasta
[x] *No easy way to determine which fields should be in location, party or relationship entities. We need to add a step for that.

*I think these enhancements are important

The submission process is first upload the project information, then upload the questionnaire, then upload the locations data, then parties and attributes. If it fails in the location submission, the project and questionnaire has already been uploaded to server.

@dimasciput can you elaborate on "upload the locations data, then parties and attributes". I am unsure how to do this with the plugin.
