Create Project :: Add GUI step for being able to choose which entity (location, party, relationship) a field goes into #180

There is no way in the GUI to add fields to the party attributes. Can we add a step for being able to choose which fields go where?

This needs to be mocked up prior to work beginning. Adding to the backlog.

@clash99 I was thinking we could have a list of the fields that are in the layer and then a few steps where the user can click which fields they want included in the location entity, then party entity and then relationship entity. That way they can also chose not select some fields if they do not want to upload certain columns as well.

Will this be done in-house or by Kartoza?
