Update/Create Project :: Unable to scroll up to view error messages on log when submitting data #221

When a user submits data (via "Upload" or "Create" project) and there is an error message at the beginning of the data submission, the user is unable to scroll up to view what the error message said.

The scroll bar is fixed to the bottom of the logs.

We love that the logs no longer look like a text box, but we would like to be able to view error messages as they occur.

@dimasciput Can you please use the "needs testing" label before you close the issue? I want to be able to make sure it is good to go and tested by someone on our team.

I can change the name of the label if you prefer. Thank you!
