Download Project :: Not downloading all fields-- only ones with values #262

I used the API to do an import of data for a project.

This is what the data looks like in Cadasta: screen shot 2017-08-31 at 10 09 32 pm

And this is what it looks like with the plugin:

There are a number of fields missing, essentially all of the fields that do not have values.

I think this is an API bug. I am adding it to the Cadasta platform issue list.
