Improve integration time #5

The current model takes 0.855s for a 9310 points light curve. Would like to do better than this, especially after add in the more complicated model.

Add in out-of-transit status check at the beginning by CA. The updated version takes 0.23s for a 9310 points light curve. Out of transit points is roughly twice the in transit points.
