Slow connection in Google Colab #201

I'm getting a bandwitch of 350 bkps in Colab and the same with my personal computer.

Is there an alternative to avoid this? I can give my personal Google Drive account to store the models, but in the backend the users of pretained models needs to log in Drive before start download files
