Style the index page #20

The router, controller, and view are already done for the index homepage so this ticket is to style the page. Will update this ticket w more details when design is done

Is the index page that you're referring to the landing? If so, that's done unless there's any constructive criticism. If it's the user's index, then isn't that flix?

The index or home page refers to the / page. The flix page is the page that user is currently shown when user logs in. These tickets are not for the mockup, but for the actual coding work
