Copy/Clean language files during build/clean task of MSBuild #17

Currently, lang files are checked in in the project, debug directory and the 
installer directory. The reason is, that Daniel didn't want to always copy the 
file around.

There is a way MSBuild can copy the files for you. Add them to the project an 
then copy/clean them.
