A MSI Setup should be generated both for x86 and x64 versions.

We use WiX to create MSI Packages.

Fixed in branch 0.1.0, Change-set 23c9161a34ed2451e05b60ed084b1792ba7c311f

It is now possible to build a setup for a debug build.
This solution was necessary to be able to debug Net Profile mod in Debug 
configuration. The aim was not to ship Debug-Builds - but it is now possible to 
easily change the path for all sources of the setup.
