Add support for profiles that don't change the network settings #21

The network settings of a profile are always applied when activating a profile. 
An option similar to the proxy settings should allow to enable/disable the 
usage of the network settings.

Fixed in r1058241147db, TCP/IP settings are only applied if IP and netmask are 
set or DHCP is enabled
