Save the ini-file in the user profile #26

Currently the ini-file is saved in the Program Files folder. This file shall be 
saved in the user profile. The setting 'Last Activated Profile' shall be moved 
to a new file saved in thr ProgramData folder.

Fixed in branch 0.1.0, Change-set 4eb690ee1b8880d646673a4e32d7bfe6d4c20e0b

First step (sufficient for version 0.1.0): Located ini-File into special folder 
CommonApplicationData\Net Profiles mod, which gets created by our setup (this 
is a recommendation of microsoft, see also:

Change set b491b8c401c04a8ceaee34c756e50b9398d221e1 deletes Daniel's 
application ini file. It is expected in another location and doesn't contain 
valuable test data.
