Save the profiles in the ProgramData folder #27

Currently the profile files are saved in the Program Files folder. This files 
shall be saved in the ProgramData folder.

Change set 24ea3963339256b3ac10ff0ff74c4fc0145056a2 deletes Daniel's test 
profiles. They are expected in another location and don't contain valuable test 
data.

Change set 0f309eb280ce2b124b1eab67f881e862722000ee creates subfolder 
"profiles" via setup.
