Wrong Side-by-Side configuration (microsoft.vc80.crt could not be found)

The first installation on non-development computers has been a complete 
disaster - Net Profiles didn't start with the error message in the summary.

Because of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905238 we deploy C++ Runtime into 
our application folder instead of using merge modules.
