GPL v3 in MSI Setup license dialog is not well formatted #36

Main reason is that gnu.org doesn't provide a rtf-version of GPL v3 (rtf is a 
proprietary format).

Make GPL v3 better readable in that dialog.

I researched if WiX is able to integrate an odf license file but I couldn't 
find any solutions (gnu.org provides GPL v3 in odt format). So I took their odt 
license and converted it to rtf using Libre Office.

Both files:

  * gpl-3.0-1.odt
  * license.rtf

are now checked in.

Further improvement:

  * Font 10.5
  * Links not bracketed by <>
