Get rid of MessageBoxHook #49

MessageBoxHook seems only to be used in the project for displaying a countdown 
in a standard MessageBox. If it could be replaced, Net Profiles mod could be 
compiled for the AnyCPU target and a single release could be used for 32 and 64 
bit operating systems. Additionally the Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package 
would not be needed anymore.
