Error while installing on non-english systems

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download the 64 bit Version of this program
2. Install it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error Message. Something about Users is not a valid user or group.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

64 bit Version, Windows 8 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The problem is not related to Windows 8, it's 
related to non-english systems. It can be reproduced also on a german Windos XP 
x86. It's the same problem as discussed here:
