Server stats URLs #11

Some Unvanquished servers provide an extra key/value pair in their status responses. The key is sv_statsURL; the value is the URL of the stats overview page for that server.

I'm looking at some way to present all cvars. Perhaps under a cvar tab. Just need to make it look good with the GUI.
