Woah. A quick stable update! Getting beatmap 3.3.0 support and a temp loader fix into stable now before animations PR merge.

Pending some testing.

remind me to implement this before we push Stable so people arent stuck waiting months in the Dev branch for this one simple QOL

(im not sure if theres any consequence to doing this other than maybe ~~BPM drift~~ slight offset? seems harmless enough)
