[Bug]: Rogue's utilities - Shiv is not visible in RSA #11

Description

Hello,

since DF the utility part of the addon for rogue is blank. I really miss to know the spells which can be removed, but thought that since xpac started you need some time to fix this. So i'm here mostly to ask if there is a plan to return Shiv and some other dispell/remove enrage effect

I've just saw your latest pull in this repo, and realized that it'll be fixed with the new rogue's spells included :)

Closing this, since it's fixed. Just have in mind that, in latest version of the addon 5.7.0 (tried Wago and CurseForge app) are downloading version, which doesn't include the rogue changes.

Last, thank you very much for keeping to support the addon, and we, your users really appreciate your effort working on it!
