Plot function is terrible! #13

Plot function is not intuitive and demands the user to dig into the structure of the output from the MCMC. Also is is giving errors when the number of matrices in the chain is much lower than 100. The default colors are not good. Yeah... it is terrible right now.

Need to plot the posterior for the root values too.
