Fix wrong in-line documentation for scenarios inventory, give players some starting loot in scenarios #130

Updated to be configured by playlist.

give_weapon_stack_count_amount 3 // Gives extra ammo stacks for the random given weapon - DOES NOT WORK WITH: survival_infinite_ammo 1

customAttachments "optic_cq_hcog_classic" //comma separated list of attachments/heals to auto load into inventory

Please readjust comitt for playlist and feel free to organize! (I would love that)
