Simulacrum rewrite

"Rewrite" (it's mostly IntelliJ's auto conversion, really) Simulacrum in kotlin. Also does:

• Use main config instead of separate one;
• Allow translation of things that were previously hardcoded;
• Adjust and fix a bunch of small things.
