[Request] Linux/Flathub/Flatpak Port Compatiblity of Streets of Sim City #1

Will there be a Linux alternative for Streets of Sim City? I would like the mods to be like MUGEN, where you can mod vehicles instead of characters. Not to mention additional mapping effects and stability.
