Add dir `assets` #15

Maybe adding dir assets can make customers using this hugo theme more simply #13.

First of all thanks for the PR 😀

I apologise for closing this PR. I wanted to merge it, but I saw that there were additional changes (e.g assets/icons/brand-qq.svg), so I decided to create a commit myself (https://github.com/CaiJimmy/hugo-theme-stack-starter/commit/5c43768151e158bf40fbf4991c9aef71a98b65b9).
