Search URLs resulting in GitHub 404 Error #60

Search Functionality is displaying results perfectly but when I click those URLs, I am getting a "GitHub 404 Error" & "HTTPS error".

The same URL works correctly if it comes through tags, categories, home page etc.

Why does clicking search result URL giving 404 ?
