Just some quick notes when you submit an issue for the modpack!
If it is a crash, please include a crashlog! The VanillaFix mod makes most crashes not take down the entire pack, but offer a link to upload the crash log directly for ease of reporting.
Also include what you were doing when the crash happened. The more information, the better!
Note which version of the modpack you are on.
If you added or removed any mods, I need to know! Especially mods like Optifine!
