It is important to know how to find your install folder. This folder will contain sub-folders for crash reports, configs, saves, and more.
The /crash-reports/ folder contains txt files of all your crashes, with the time and date as part of the filename. Usually, the bottom most crash report in the list will be your latest crash.

The GREEN section is the important part for me to diagnose an issue. The RED section is something you can use to search either this github or Google for a solution.
This is something that occurs when the download fails partway with the FTB Launcher.
In the FTB Launcher options, click the "Force Update?" button, then launch the pack. It will redownload the pack, but keep your saves and configs.
If this does not fix it, make sure you are using the latest version of Java, and then try the Curse Launcher version.
Instead of removing optifine, download an older version like D6. E3 just conflicts with Bibliocraft is all.
