Twilight Forest progression out of order #94

One of the early quests asks you to get trollsteinn, trollvidr, and trollber, which are found on the highlands and are not supposed to be accessible until you've cleared most of the other areas. However, this quest is a prerequisite to the quests for clearing the other areas.
